Our Story
The InvestEd Students' Collective was founded in April 2024 after recognising the growing need for a platform that fosters a fun and inclusive learning environment, enabling individuals from diverse fields to enhance their financial literacy. It was established with the vision of providing an avenue to share and explore the complexities of the financial world, encompassing topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, and understanding alternative assets like cryptocurrency.

Industry Advisors
Simon
Simon is a Manager of Investments and Risk Management at Prime Value, which he joined in 2015 after graduating with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from The University of Melbourne.
He is responsible for the analytical, quantitative, and fundamental research of investments, primarily across Equities and Alternative Assets, including equity research and attribution analysis. Simon also supports the CEO in identifying and managing risk for all investments under management.
In addition, he manages the Diversified High Income Plus fund since its inception. Simon is an active mentor at The University of Melbourne and other non-profit organisations, and he previously served as an academic tutor. His honours thesis researched the relationship between IPO under-pricing and media coverage.
